AUDIT OF FIELD-FORSE ACTIVITY

 EVALUATING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVES OF COMPANIES. 

 

 Objective: 

To Measure the productiveness of medical representatives for a number of indicators, one of which is the actual level of appointments that the doctor prescribe (medicine that is promoted). This research will help you to get proper information about the way how the medical representatives work, in quantitative and qualitative sense:

      Quantitative information:

• Frequency of visits the doctors;

• The number of promoted medicines the doctor has prescribed;

•Frequency of providing employees with corresponding information;

• Appropriate type of medical information.

 

       Qualitative information:

• Determine the level of "recognition" of promoted medicines by doctors. 

• To estimate the activity of competitors, identify the strengths and weaknesses of competing products.

• Identify the overall effect of training sessions held within the company, level of knowledge of medical representatives, the quality of the information doctors are provided with. 

• Doctors’ opinion about each medical representative.

• Doctors’ opinion about strengths and weaknesses of the medicine.

• Doctors’ suggestions about increasing productiveness of each representative and the company at all.
